Senior Consultant

As Senior Consultant, Richard works with employers, HR Managers, REM Managers, CFOs and CEOs to transform super into a superior benefit for their workforce.  Richard is a Partner and Co-Founder of AXIS and has been instrumental in continually innovating and developing AXIS’ services to improve employer’s corporate superannuation.

Roy Tan

National Sales Manager

Roy has an extensive background in the Financial Services Industry both in Australia and Overseas.  He has an in depth knowledge on investments and portfolio construction for companies and individuals alike which positions him well to guide companies in the principles of transforming super into a superior benefit.

The Technical Specialist

Harry is a Partner at AXIS and is responsible for its technical development and commentary on industry matters.  An extensive background and experience in Commerce and the Super industry positions him ideally to make informed insights on the Industry.  He has spearheaded AXIS’ technical and technology development over the years.

Mark Horn

National Key Account Manager

Mark has spent a large part of his career in commercial roles where he has developed an in-depth experience and knowledge of the practical aspects of managing a business. Starting his working life as an accountant, he has constantly evolved his skills to bring commercial rigour to a business unit and value to clients.
